A security deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival in addition to the balance. This deposit will be returned as soon as possible, after deducting any damage or the cost of restoring the premises.
The reimbursement of the guarantee cannot be considered as recognition that no damage has been committed, when it was difficult to detect due to the tenant.

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or telegram
Before entry into enjoyment; the deposit remains with the owner.
If the tenant does not show up on the mentioned day, cancellation is accepted after a period of 3 hours, under the conditions below.
